Once again the girls faced the day with courage and excitement! Today started off with a morning activity that helped to build their teamwork skills. They each grabbed a partner, sat on the ground, went back to back, linked arms, and tried to stand up together. Easier said than done! After a while every group worked together to get up. Then they got into groups of 3, 4, and 5 and tried it again. Eventually there was one big group and the girls all worked together to accomplish their goal. It was so much fun to see all the girls collaborating and supporting each other in this activity. They totally rocked it!!

Once they came inside, the girls continued working on their EV3 robot projects. They are all coming along nicely. Their projects include everything from elephants to dog sleds to ballet dancers! They're all super cool! Then they learned a little bit more about App Inventor and programmed a Mole Mash game. They even got to download the game onto their tablet to play it! Awesome! When they finished it was time for lunch and today they had Mexican food- delish! :) After lunch they began creating their own apps on App Inventor. It is so great to see all the girls' creative side as they brainstorm ideas for their apps and EV3 projects! We can't wait to see their final projects on Friday! They are going to be amazing! :D
