Teamwork Thursday!

Happy Thursday! Tomorrow is presentation day!

Today we started the day with the blanket activity with Noor. Everyone had to fix on a blanket, without touching the grass! It used problem-solving and communication skills. It took a while for everyone to figure out ideas on how to all fit on the blanket. You all did a great job! Congrats to the team that won!

Susi teaching PencilCode!

After the activity we went inside and Susi began teaching PencilCode. You learned how to make a rainbow, buttons for the turtle game, how to change the turtle colors, and making the turtles chase each other! Hatching turtles! So cute!

SP teaching Greenfoot!

Then we did Greenfoot. SP taught you how to add objects to the world, make methods, and how to make a project with keyboard commands.

After lunch we worked on some more Greenfoot.
You added the pizza to the world and made the objects interact.




We went to room 102 and got familiar with the presentation room. We chose presenting order.

Then we had open build time. Everyone worked on their projects for Scratch, PencilCode, and Greenfoot. Everyone was busy working hard!
